Tour Degas’s Women : Modern Life
Join a Museum educator for a one-hour tour exploring the work of Edgar Degas. He is regarded as one of the founders of Impressionism although he rejected the term, and preferred to be called a realist. A superb draughtsman, he is especially identified with the subject of the dance, and over half of his works depict dancers.
Please note that space is limited to 25 participants. Sign up at the Information desk no later than 15 minutes prior to the tour.
