Get prepared: Earthquake Conference [fr]
Do you know what you should do before, during and after a major earthquake ?
An earthquake is a sudden, rapid shaking of the earth caused by the breaking and shifting of rock beneath the earth’s surface. Earthquakes strike suddenly, without warning, and they can occur at any time of the year, day or night. Forty-five states and territories in the United States are at moderate to very high risk of earthquakes, and they are located in every region of the country. California has been the state most prone to serious earthquakes in recent years...
On Saturday April 23rd, 2016 join us from 10am to 12pm at Veterans Memorial Park in Culver City for an Earthquake Conference in French and English to learn how to keep yourself and others safe.
The real key to surviving an earthquake and reducing your risk of injury lies in planning, preparing, and practicing what you and your family will do if it happens.
